The "T" Sisters


These were the best pancakes I’ve had in a long time! I used all whole wheat flour instead of half all-purpose flour like the recipe called for and I added an extra egg because they weren’t holding together very well. The swirl part didn’t really work out, as the cinnamon mixture kept burning on the pan, so about half way through, I just stirred it into the batter. They didn’t look near as nice that way, but they still tasted great!
