Yen Sisters


Well, I (T) was in a baking mood, so I decided to make the brownies, BUT I had an idea of what I wanted to make in my mind, so I changed up the recipe to fit the idea. :) I used semi-sweet chocolate chips, and added quite a bit more than the recipe called for, used regular flour, and sugar instead of agave (who wants to be healthy? *grin*) and took out the nuts. I didn't really measure anything - just guessed and hoped it came out okay. Then, for an extra flare, I made some cream cheese/sugar/vanilla stuff and marbled it into the brownie mix, and sprinkled extra chocolate chips on top.
They were very good, very pretty and soft with crisp edges! Definitely a make-again!
